Haas seems to be living a second youth. Although he has lost both, he has entered the final of the last 2 tournaments; Hamburg on clay and Washington on hard. Nalbandian lost in his first match at the Olympics, that was played on July 28th, so he has had several days to prepare this tournament. I haven’t been able to find out when he has arrived in Toronto but I do know he was practising on the tournament courts this Saturday. Haas legs might feel the Wahington week of tennis. Moreover, he will only have some hours to practise on the club courts. I think this facts compensate Haas great state of form and for me it’s a priori a 50/50 match, so the value is on the Argentinean.
